Yellow with green touches.
Scent of bitter almonds. Sea, but sea when the wind goes from land to sea. Sea on afternoon :-??
In mouth, again, almonds with a hint of bitterness. Nice acidity.
It’s a very-very serious wine. It’s my first ’manzanilla en rama’ and it got my outplaced. I’m accustomed to the easy joyful of manzanilla, and this one is very serious, but anyhow friendly and smiley.
I’ve really enjoyed it.
It’s been nicely paired with red mullets in the oven wiht ’ajoblanco’ sauce.
Right price for about 9 EUR and a half.
