The bottle was opened the day before for dinner and kept until today with ’vacuvin’. This period was very good for the wine. A deep wine with smell of fruits of the forest (raspberries, bilberries, mulberries, ...), black fruits (plums), spicy (black pepper), aromatic Mediterranean dry grasses (rosemary, thyme), light balsamic, and elegant tones of leather... Very good mouth with a tannic elegance. Very interesting rear where some flower tones appeared. Long and persistent. Obviously it needs a generous ventilation, probably up to a treatment ’ octopus ’ in a decanter. 8,6/10.
