Straw-yellow coloured. Clean. Smells of exotics and not fully ripe fruits (green apple). Not very long. Acceptable and correct wine. Serve chilled because as soon as it warms up the alcohol screeeeam... It pairs a salad of green asparagus, cuttlefish and buds of soybean.
